• Sled the Rockies Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is offered and open only to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, as well as the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan who are 18 years or older as of 10/01/2011. Employees, officers and directors of the Idaho Division of Tourism Development (“Sponsor”), Montana Office of Tourism (“Sponsor”), Wyoming Division of Tourism (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent organizations, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (defined as current spouse as well as siblings, children and parents and their respective spouses; regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
• 1. HOW TO ENTER: Between October 1, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time ("MT") and 11:59 p.m. MT on March 31, 2012, a qualified participant may go to www.sledtherockies.com, and click on the “Win a Snowmobile Adventure for Four” button to access the Sweepstakes Page. On the Sweepstakes Page, complete and submit an online official entry form, with your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, and other info as requested. All online entries must be received by11:59 p.m. MT on March 31, 2012. No other form of Internet/e-mail entry will be accepted. Limit one entry of any kind per person or e-mail address. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified. In case of dispute, online entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsors for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible entries/e-mail; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions/failures; or for garbled, jumbled or corrupt transmissions; or for other technical error of any kind. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsors. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and may not be acknowledge or returned.
• 2. WINNER SELECTION: Promotional offers are supplied by various suppliers. The grand prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors during the week of April 23, 2012 and winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or mail (at Sponsors’ sole discretion) within 2 business days of selection. If after a period of 10 business days, the initial winners have not confirmed, accepted or otherwise answered Sponsors’ correspondence regarding the grand prize offers, alternate winner(s) will be selected by the same random drawing process from among all other eligible entries received during the promotional period. By participating, entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute advertised prize with another prize of equal value should advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Sponsors are not responsible for providing, guaranteeing or making the final arrangements with the private suppliers. Limit one prize per family/address/household. If an eligible Canadian resident from Alberta, British Columbia or Saskatchewan wins a grand prize, they will be required to answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner from Alberta, British Columbia orSaskatchewan cannot be contacted and the skill test administered within three (3) business days of notification, or the question is not correctly answered, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
• 3. PRIZES/ODDS: There are three (3) grand prizes as part of this Sweepstakes - a trip for 6 days/5 nights for the winner and three guest friends to Idaho; a trip for 6 days/5 nights to Montana; a trip for 5 days/5 nights to Wyoming. Trip consists of round-trip coach air travel to Idaho Falls or Boise (Idaho), Kalispell (Montana), or Jackson Hole (Wyoming) from major commercial airport near winner’s residence and residences of three guests (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); transportation, one-room accommodations, snowmobile rentals and guided tours for the winner and three guests also included. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Note: Snowmobile drivers must be 16 years of age or older. Approximate retail value of each grand prize is $4,999.
• FOR GRAND PRIZE: Trip is subject to availability and other restrictions. Winner and guests must be able to complete trip between October 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013. If winner is unavailable at such time, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any kind. If winner is accompanied by less than three guests on trip, prize elements will only be awarded in amounts appropriate for actual number of travelers; and, in such event, winner will NOT receive any compensation relative thereto. Winner and all guests must travel together on same itinerary as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If guests are minors, they must travel with his/her parent/legal guardian on trip (i.e., the Grand Prize winner). Entry form will be made available online.
• 4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes, including sales tax, and all expenses not specified herein associated with claiming/use/acceptance prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand prize winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release within 10 business days of the date on documents. Guests of Grand prize winner (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a liability release and where lawful a publicity release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Grand prize winner and guests may also be required to sign additional documentation from the Sponsor and/or to provide the Sponsor with written authorization from a licensed physician as a pre-condition to taking trip. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements (as applicable), or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries received for drawing. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Idaho Division of Tourism Development, the Montana Promotion Division – Travel Montana, the Wyoming Division of Tourism, and their respective parent organizations, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons and/or property arising from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, where legal, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising/promotional/trade purposes, and any and all rights to such use, without additional consideration.
• 5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like online entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the online component of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the on-line component of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the online component of the Sweepstakes and select the winners in a drawing from all eligible online entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. In such event, notice will be posted at www.sledtherockies.com.
• 6. WINNERS LIST: For names of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Sled the Rockies 2011-2012 Sweepstakes Winners List, c/o Idaho Division of Tourism Development, 700 West State St., Boise, Idaho, 83720 by April 30, 2012.
